Shipping Policy
Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date. During major sales and promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days to process. Processing times for wigs can take unto 25 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take unto 35 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and or major holidays.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations etc.
Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders- The Anora Collection /inc is not responsible for you hair appointment cancellation fees by your hair stylist/salon. We ask that you review and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. The Anora Collection Inc is also not responsible for the installation/use of the products purchased on our website.
Payment Terms
Payments are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will lead to prosecution to the full extent of the law. Also note that we have all right to refuse business to anyone for any reason.
The Anora Collection Inc. reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted. Your credit card and billing address must match or your order will be delcined.
All International orders must be paid using the PayPal check out option. International orders without PayPal Seller Protection will be automatically canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER
You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas The Anora Collection Inc. shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.
PLEASE NOTE:
The Anora Collection Inc. isn’t responsible for any lost/damage packages. A signature is required on all packages to avoid stolen shipments. We will not issue any refunds if your package is returned to The Anora Collection Inc. We will contact you once your package arrives for reshipment.
