Q: If I place my order today when will I receive it?

A: All products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days to process. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays. 

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. See our shipping policy for more details.

 

Q: Are you still shipping during the current pandemic?

A: Yes we are still shipping. At the current time there are no known delays with our shipping partners.

 

Q: I placed and order and want to cancel, can I do that?

A: We're sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to check their order details carefully before submitting their order.

 

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Due to high demand of our products , we are unable to offer wholesale or vendor purchase.

 

Q: I placed my order and forgot to use my discount code. Can you apply the code after my order is placed?

A: Once an order is placed, discount codes maybe not applied. We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted. 

 

Q: Will The Anora Collection cover the install cost of the hair I just purchased?

A: No. The Anora Collection is not responsible for any and all costs associated with the installation of the products purchased on this website and stores.

 

Q: My shipping label says printed but my tracking number has no movement?

A: Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email to see movement on the carrier's website. If you do not see movement after 48 hours, please email us at theanoracollectioninc@hotmail.com
